Hey all!

I am still very busy! I dun know why, but those nitty gritty stuff and some tidying up stuff and playing with my fam keeps me fully-packed!

Alrighty, Japan trip was really cool and totally experience-ful. In a short time of 28 days, we got ourselves into many different situations to experience Japan as well as its culture and people. The city, the home, the hotel, the hostel, the traditional inn, the country side, the duper ulu rural area, and touristy spots, the tranquail nature trail, the homeless area, the swanky poshy town, the down-to-earth Japanese heartland, the fish market, the daily grocery shops, and many many more. And people wise, we met even more different kinds, in terms of nationality, religious background and hence diet, age group, rebelliousness, smarty pants/school leavers, kiddos and babies, nature lover, travel lovers etc. we lived with them, talked long time with them, and did work with them and learnt many things from them.

It’s hard to interpret so many meaningful moments into words to truly describe what I received from this trip. Nevertheless, it is a duper cool and good one. I will say more when the pictures are available to me…

Maybe I can start off with one thing. One important thing I’d learned from this trip is that cooking is such an amazing thing. I realized that cooking is much more about thinking and being creative rather than being skillful at it per se. I mean anyone can cook up a delicious and healthy meal; it is just the matter of whether effort has been put into the planning and creative departments. In fact, I actually mean more than just this. Cooking itself is also about nutrition, about what ingredients you use and in what ways can they come together to become a healthy and yummy dish. This is a simple yet a little mind-laborious job, but still, it’s all about the thinking process. If effort was put into thinking, leftovers can easily become a wonderful dish for the next meal/day, and no matter how humble your ingredients are (and maybe with an extra little cash to top up with some other ingredients), they can still turn out to be a proper dish/meal.

Anyways, I am going to try it out and see what turns out eventually.

Btw,

Twilight struck me

Itching returns, arms too this time.

[watch out for the new tab dedicated to this!]
