Hey all!

I am still very busy! I dun know why, but those nitty gritty stuff and some tidying up stuff and playing with my fam keeps me fully-packed!

Alrighty, Japan trip was really cool and totally experience-ful. In a short time of 28 days, we got ourselves into many different situations to experience Japan as well as its culture and people. The city, the home, the hotel, the hostel, the traditional inn, the country side, the duper ulu rural area, and touristy spots, the tranquail nature trail, the homeless area, the swanky poshy town, the down-to-earth Japanese heartland, the fish market, the daily grocery shops, and many many more. And people wise, we met even more different kinds, in terms of nationality, religious background and hence diet, age group, rebelliousness, smarty pants/school leavers, kiddos and babies, nature lover, travel lovers etc. we lived with them, talked long time with them, and did work with them and learnt many things from them.

It’s hard to interpret so many meaningful moments into words to truly describe what I received from this trip. Nevertheless, it is a duper cool and good one. I will say more when the pictures are available to me…

Maybe I can start off with one thing. One important thing I’d learned from this trip is that cooking is such an amazing thing. I realized that cooking is much more about thinking and being creative rather than being skillful at it per se. I mean anyone can cook up a delicious and healthy meal; it is just the matter of whether effort has been put into the planning and creative departments. In fact, I actually mean more than just this. Cooking itself is also about nutrition, about what ingredients you use and in what ways can they come together to become a healthy and yummy dish. This is a simple yet a little mind-laborious job, but still, it’s all about the thinking process. If effort was put into thinking, leftovers can easily become a wonderful dish for the next meal/day, and no matter how humble your ingredients are (and maybe with an extra little cash to top up with some other ingredients), they can still turn out to be a proper dish/meal.

Anyways, I am going to try it out and see what turns out eventually.

Btw,

Twilight struck me

Itching returns, arms too this time.

[watch out for the new tab dedicated to this!]

cold

hey people!

I am back from my 1 month graduation trip!!! I had enough of foreign air, and Singapore air (or rather anything of Singapore) makes me feel so much better.

For thIS very first post after I’d returned, I would sum up the trip as a very enjoyable and full of different experiences one, but on the other hand, it is surely a tiring one too. I will say more about this trip soon in the upcoming posts. For now, I have several important things to do first…keep me thinking and working since the minute I reached home. Unpacking, sorting souvenirs, making new dish for my family, worrying about and finding jobs, explaining the trip’s pictures to my family, catching up with Singapore news and changes in my home, getting used to the higher temperature here, cuddling mickey and abby the cat, meowing around in the house, doing quite a bit of writing – I mean typing, talking to my baby, arranging a couple of appointmment– and many many more…

Alrighty, for now, I would like to bring u guys’ attention to a little advert on the right column. hehe do contact me if u have peepz wanting to buy it. thanks!

the average cap simulator shook me thoroughly… i think i am really scared… but what can i do?

anyways, random access memory:

my mum is playing with candles, and i join her…

i’m going to japan for a month for grad trip!!

i swallow my words – intoxicated, emancipated, unapologetic. I’m back to bulla coffee days.

an irritating pimple is growing (big) at a very uneasy spot on my face…

i’m so sleepy and tired… yet the average cap simulator’s result keeps haunting me… and so it’s a viscous cycle of bulla coffee…

i learnt a word from sarahsan – ghastly. and i luv it! he-he

All the best to my classmate, He Fang! Smile! =)
